Six titles will be awarded in Men's Surf, Women's Surf, Bodyboard, Longboard and SUP along with the coveted overall club title. The Novice Cup will be hosted, for newcomers to surfing, taking on a more fun format with awards for best costume, wipeout, and a range of manouvers. The Irish Surfing Intervarsities has been an annual event on the Irish Surfing calendar since the late nineties.

Ulster University Surf is one of our most popular clubs on our Coleraine campus due to its proximity to renowned beaches, and its recognition as an active recreation club. The club competes in the Irish Surf Intervarsities, with alumni having secured Intervarsity titles in previous years. Ulster University last hosted the Championships in 2011.
